SCORE Austin volunteers with a wealth of expertise and experience in many industries.
What qualifies SCORE volunteers to give business advice?
SCORE volunteers have specific industry and general business expertise.
Counselors may be retired business owners, business executives or operations managers.
How much do SCORE's services cost?
There is no charge for face-to-face or e-Mail counseling.
Some workshops have a small fee.
Can I have more than one counseling session?
Yes, you can come back for as many counseling sessions as you wish.
Each counseling session will last for approximately one hour.
Are business secrets safe with SCORE?
Yes. All SCORE volunteers honor the client's right to proprietary and confidential information.
Client information remains confidential as provided by SCORE's Code of Ethics.
SCORE volunteers reaffirm their commitment for the association’s Code of Ethics annually.
